We require at least a curriculum vitae. Additional references and certificates are also welcome.

Our HR department checks the documents and looks for an ideal match for the vacancies. If there is a match, the application is forwarded to the relevant (specialist) department.
First meeting with the head of department in a 30-minute interview. The aim is to confirm the good impression based on the application documents.
If the feedback is positive, there may be a (programming) task.
Before the personal interview, we will provide detailed feedback on the results of the task.
In a 90-minute meeting with the head of department, a team member and a representative of the HR department on site, there is a joint exchange of views on cooperation and working together. This can also be done online if required.
During this interview, any unanswered questions about the contract offer can be clarified with the head of department or the HR department. The final contract is then sent for signature.
