The consultants at HMS work in four different consulting teams. Each team has a specific focus and major importance is placed on team spirit within each team.
This organizational framework in no way hampers the ideal staffing of projects: Cross functional project teams are the rule rather than the exception and the personal workplace orientates itself where necessary to the needs of the project.
In this way, we enhance the synergies, optimize the knowledge transfer and work efficiently with one another. Last but not least: Each team has, on a revolving basis, a special responsibility, which has been an established feature of the HMS culture for years, namely the organization of the Christmas staff party.
