For that reason we have standardized our knowledge management: With 12 days for further training (plus interal projects), our own Wiki and an internal knowledge circle, we continuously expand our level of specialized knowledge. Personal contact partners and short distances ensure that we are able to react quickly to customer enquiries. And also, that we remain calm in the face of rapidly changing requirements.
